By signing up for "Database Reactivation in a Box" (the "Course") at course.oncalllocal.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.
1. What the Course is
A training course with videos, written guides and templates that shows business owners how to contact their own past customers and leads. Module 1 is free. Modules 2 to 8 unlock after we confirm your proof of signup, as explained in the Course. We may change, add or remove content at any time.
2. Your account
Give us accurate information. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We can suspend access if you break these terms.
3. License
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the Course and use the templates for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share your login, republish or record the Course or its templates, or use them to build a competing training product.
4. Third-party services
The Course shows how to use third-party tools such as HighLevel. They have their own prices, terms and screens, and those can change. We do not control them. You are responsible for any fees they charge you. Unlocking Modules 2 to 8 depends on you completing the signup steps described in the Course and us confirming them. Whether the signup is honored is up to the third party's own terms.
5. You are responsible for following the law
The Course teaches a method. It is educational and not legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own messages and for following the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and telemarketing laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state rules), carrier registration and consent rules, and privacy law. Only contact people who gave you their information and, for texts, their clear consent. Get your own legal advice before you send marketing messages.
6. Text-message program
If you tick the box and confirm by replying YES, we send course updates and tips by text. Consent is not a condition of taking the Course. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not promise any revenue, number of replies, bookings or other result. Results depend on your list, offer, effort and market. Examples in the Course are illustrations, not guarantees.
8. Disclaimer
The Course is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Course (which is zero for the free modules).
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. If you keep using the Course after an update, you accept the new terms.
